1. App 能做什么

2. 快速设置
- 安装并打开有意打开。
- 点击 Screen Time 授权按钮，并在 iOS 系统弹窗中允许。
- 创建或使用默认保护分组。
- 用系统 Screen Time 选择器选择要保护的 App、类别或网站。
- 在 App 中加锁该分组。加锁后，直接打开受保护 App 会先看到系统拦截页。

3. 常见问题
Screen Time 授权没有出现或失败
- 确认设备支持并已启用 Screen Time。
- 检查 iOS 设置中的 Screen Time 限制。
- 退出并重新打开有意打开，再请求授权。
- 如果设备由组织或家庭管理员管理，Screen Time 可能受限。
选择的 App 没有被拦截
- 确认分组中已经选择了 App、类别或网站。
- 确认该分组当前处于加锁状态。
- 等待几秒，让 iOS ManagedSettings 应用拦截。
- 先全部解锁，再重新加锁目标分组。
快捷指令找不到分组
- 使用 App 中显示的准确分组名称。
- 编辑分组后，先打开一次有意打开，让 Shortcuts 读取最新状态。
- 确认该分组允许 Shortcuts 动作执行加锁或解锁。
拦截页按钮无法进入 App
- 确认该分组已开启“允许在 App 拦截页解锁分组进入”。
- 如果未开启，请先回到有意打开或通过快捷指令解锁分组，再打开目标 App。
- 如果刚修改设置，重新打开有意打开一次，再重试目标 App。
4. 隐私
本 App 不联网、不采集你的使用数据。App 选择由系统 Screen Time 选择器完成，App 本身无法获得具体 App 信息。完整隐私政策：有意打开 Privacy Policy。

1. What the App Does
OpenIntent helps reduce impulsive app launches. You can put distracting apps, categories, or websites into protected groups, lock and unlock them when needed, and connect Shortcuts actions so an app can be intentionally unlocked, opened, and locked again after closing.
2. Quick Setup
- Install and open OpenIntent.
- Tap the Screen Time authorization button and allow access when iOS asks.
- Create or use the default protected group.
- Use the system Screen Time picker to select apps, categories, or websites to protect.
- Lock the group in the app. After locking, opening a protected app directly shows the system shield page first.
- Optional: use
Unlock App Groupin Shortcuts before opening the target app, then useLock App Groupafter the app closes. - Optional: enable entry from the app shield. When enabled, a locked app can be opened after confirming from the shield page for its group.
3. Troubleshooting
Screen Time authorization does not appear or fails
- Confirm that Screen Time is available and enabled on the device.
- Open iOS Settings and review Screen Time restrictions.
- Quit and reopen OpenIntent, then request authorization again.
- If the device is managed by an organization or family administrator, Screen Time settings may be restricted.
Selected apps are not blocked
- Confirm that the group contains selected apps, categories, or websites.
- Confirm that the group is currently locked.
- Wait a few seconds for iOS ManagedSettings to apply the shield.
- Unlock all groups, then lock the target group again.
Shortcuts action cannot find a group
- Use the exact group name shown in OpenIntent.
- Open OpenIntent once after editing groups so Shortcuts can read the latest state.
- Confirm that the group allows Shortcuts actions to lock or unlock it.
The shield page button does not enter the app
- Confirm that entry from the app shield is enabled for the group.
- If it is disabled, use OpenIntent or Shortcuts to unlock the group first, then open the target app.
- If you just changed the setting, open OpenIntent once, then try the target app again.
4. Privacy
This app does not connect to the network or collect your usage data. App selection is handled by the system Screen Time picker, and the app cannot see the specific apps you choose. Full privacy policy: OpenIntent Privacy Policy.
